Bulders unhelpfull customer care

I bought a gas stove about 2 months ago (Builders Online Invoice ***). this is 4 plates stove. the problem is that the biggest burner is faulty. i took pictures and email to Builders customercare and they never responded. to this day i still cant use the biggest place. this is an inconvience to me and the fact Buidersdoesnt even respond s totally unacceptation. i havent the nburner
