I had a very frustrating experience with items from the Craighall Park branch that had to be refunded (Order #***). I had to continuously contact Bontle in the accounts/online department and follow up for feedback, and promises of her calling me back with feedback, to date, I have not heard back from her. Until a service consultant contacted me to confirm if I had received an additional order, which was placed after the initial order above. Bukiwe Ntshobolo, contacted me almost daily with feedback to ensure my issue was resolved. Keep in mind, she contacted me regarding another order (Order #***), the problem with my refund was not hers to assist with, yet she took it upon herself to ensure the issue is resolved, calling me on a public holiday and thereafter, as I was experiencing terrible network issues.
