Builers account hacked

On Friday (22 August 2025), I received a call from a Builders branch. An uber drive had come to fetch an item that was ordered using my profile. I then told them that I did not order anything. It then became apparent that someone had hacked my accout and place the order for collection via uber so they would not be identified. I command Builder branch for alerting me and stopping this *****. What I am not happy with, is till today the item is still in my account with no way forward on how to remove it. I called the store, Saturday, Sunday and Monday I called the call centre. Every day I was promised a call back. I write this message on Tuesday with no returned call. I even called the call centre and they too could not help (also I had to call many times before getting through). I come here as my final resort. May someone who deals with ***** matters please contact me.
