Building Poor service and Frustrated customers.

<p> My brand new roof still leaks, In some places Builders Warehouse, Strubensvalley tried sealing the leak with waterproofing and bandage. Why????, it is a new roof. I was told not to install ceiling till the engineer certifies the roof. Six months later and still no Engineering certificate. My family get cold every night living in a home with no ceilings and light while the team responsible for the repairs with their directors from Builders Warehouse, Strubensvalley sleep cosy at night. As per the attached photos; I cannot complete my home untill such time the certificate is granted. This delay has cost me R65000 in a non refundable deposit paid to contractors to complete my plastering, ceiling, electricals and tiling. I will have my day in court where Builders Warehouse, Strubensvalley will compensate me for every cent lost. I don't believe Builders Warehouse, Strubensvalley have the correct s**** set to project manage roof installations. I'm of the opinon that customer service is just a phrase thrown around at Builders Warehouse, Strubensvalley; for them it is all about profits and to hell with the customer. My previous hellopeter review on the same roof got Builders Warehouse, Strubensvalley running around but no real progress. </p>
