Builderwarehouse durban refusing to refund a double payment.

Such poor management,staff combined all together with their attorneys if however handed over.

My mother made double payment of 15 000 that was owed to her account.

1st payment _ 17/05/23 2nd payment _ 29/05/23

She went to builders to enquire this and was not attended to, mind you this is a may case of which till now it's unattended to.

She was then then told to enquire with "Core Connect with the Ref no. RCS090413.

Sent an email on the 31st of August for a paid up letter to Core Connect and advised the about the refund as was told by builderswarehouse to laise this issue with them.

And I only received response from them on the 13/09/23, by Nokukhanya Bhengu Tel. ***. And was told to send proof of payment, I then did as she said on the same very day.

We have never received and response from either on of them companies till today, and I did mention I was going to escalate this case with hello Peter for assistance.

And also gave them the reversal payment number on the email.

So if I may ask within their values where is integrity in this company? Proof supp**** to them but we are just ignored .

My mother is a heart patient and this kills her so much 15 000 is alot.

I say no more but I would like to be assisted, having to see your parent worried all the time is no child's play.
