Builder's...total disregard for TCF!

I initially logged a complaint with the store about the quality of the fired earth paint at the beginning of the year, after numerous follow ups I logged another through the hello Peter website. It's taken 1,5months and I've still not had any finalization on my matter. I'm so disappointed in the service levels and the quality of the material that builders attaches their brand to. I've asked for the batch to be tested and for sight of the reports. On both occasions they are unable to provide me with proof that my complaints are invalidated... Very disappointing customer service levels!
