BUILDERS/RCS SERVICE IS DISGUSTING

i am disappointed in the service one receive with RCS/Builders. i have an account with Builders payment was made and not allocated, now they advising me im in arrears and need to make payment. they advised i made a purchase of R10 000 on my account which didn't happen and im not getting any joy since the 3rd of February. a consultant named Bernie from RCS called me now and was so rude and demanding i make payment, the more im advising they are investigating and i refuse to pay any further money as i didn't make a purchase of R10 000 so why should i pay for something i didn't buy. the service is disgusting and the consultants should learn respect and speak to their client better
