Builders/home concepts board cutting is a complete stuff up

Ordered boards to be cut over a month ago at Builders Sunningdale, every board was wrong size, damage on almost every board and 1 week late with cutting. They said I'd have to deliver the boards back to have them res ut, it's been two weeks and still nothing. These people at home concepts don't deserve to be in business. One side note ordered a single board to be cut at Builders Northgate.saw the board ,paid for the board and cutting and nothing but excuses that they don't have stock. They said they would order stock and have it done this week Tuesday, guess what, board is still not here and appear there been zero communication to order the board. Seriously just close up shop already
