Builders Zambezi

I bought two toilet sets that were on sale. When I got home, I discovered one didn't have a toilet seat and there was a paper inside the packaging written no seat, so clearly someone was aware of this and just didn't care and sold it to me. I tried calling, the operator I spoke to mentioned that he couldn't get hold of any of the managers so I had to drive back to the shop, 35 km away, in traffic. When I got there they were just closing. I then spoke to the manager, Wally Lombard, explained what had happened and he gave me attitude saying it was my fault, I was supposed to check the contents before leaving the shop. Seriously!!!
