Builders... you are a disappointment

I've been struggling to get Builders to complete and deliver some boards I purchased from them. They cut items wrong, delivered a previously opened counter top with no cover strip, and then when I call their call centre, the staff are quite nice and tell me that the branch will call me, but they never do. I this case I don't believe the issue to be with the contact centre but rather the branch and whomever is running the board shop.
