BUILDERS XPRESS REFUSES TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY
I bought a Disston welder from the Builders Express branch at Robindale on 17/05/2015. It burnt out 3 weekends later while welding. I took it back to Builders on 14/06/2015. They booked it back to the supplier. I was there last weekend and this weekend (25/07/2015). The clerk informed me that they are still waiting for the repair to be delivered to them, and reminded me that they have NO RESPONSIBILITY.

Now, I wonder why not, since I have a cash receipt from their shop.
I assume it works like this: They put a product on the floor, sell it, take your money and then if you complain, wipe their hands in pure innocence!
