BUILDERS XPRESS

I visited the store situated in Durban North, next to the Hypermaket to purchase dampseal. I got an assistant to validate the price of this item on his system and he provided me with a price of R398 At the till, when item was scanned it showed R540. I questioned the pricing and this was escalated to a rather pleasant PRO, however I went on to state that their systems were not updated and I should be paying the price that was given to me by the assistant. It was an emphatic No. I questioned their customer service attitude which they didnt seem to care about. Roshni Odayar had a don't care attitude when I mentioned going to the media on this issue. Builders Xpress are operating inefficienty and I wont recommend shopping there. I did leave the store with the product for which I paid R500. Other cursor please be aware of pricing that is scanned.
