Builders WORST SERVICE EVER Paying and not receiving

Today I bought items from Builders warehouse that they refused to give to me as the shop closed and by the time we got to the collections they locked the gate, this was at 16:55 We went back to the entrance and they refused us access to the shop and we waited for the rest of the clients to exit the store and when the door opened they refused to give me the stuff i paid for, we left the store without my items. I took a video and will post it on social media if im not contacted within 48H

I wont be supporting this company ever again. I spent R16000 with them the following week at another branch and i had a great experience there everyone at sunninghill was friendly and helpful but due to this issue never being resolved coming with their no good stories. BOTTOM LINE IS I DIDNT RECEIVE MY STUFF ON THE DAY I NEEDED IT. Yes they delivered the next day but that was too late. it costed me money and they refusing to pay it back.
