Builders Worst Customer Service or none at all

We went to builders to purchase some paving and sand, what incompetency as the person who assisted us Elliot Jalie, that is the cashier name on the receipt informed us our delivery our arrive on Monday, he also informed us that we should not take the bags of sand we should take a cubic meter, it will all be delivered. Not proper information that it will be delivered by a truck that just drops it off you need to then carry it to where you want etc. Nothing .

After 4 days of waiting for this delivery finally arrives today. They have no means to carry the sand in and are not allowed to according to the delivery guys they use the truck and drop off. So i had to return the sand, and i want a refund for this. @ paving slabs are damaged so now i need to two more slabs. I called Tristan from the call center he asks me if i can't come in store and fetch it. Really i paid for 40 slabs you broke 2 you inconvenience me your service is pathetic. I would not advise anyone to use builders rather spend extra and go some place else where customer satisfaction and service is a priority. This is the worst service i have encountered. Everyone calls you but no one can help you.
