Builders Woodlands

Worst online shopping experience ever!!! 16 days and counting since I placed my order online from Woodlands Builders with no delivery. Called them to follow up - then receiving an sms that they will only call you back within 48 hours.... still no feedback on when they will receive stock of the items they don't have stock but showed "available" when I placed my order and they gladly took my money for it. No communication from the store of whatsoever... on my online profile they just keep on cancelling my order and place it again. If you want to cancel it, just give back my money and I'll take it somewhere where someone can deliver something for it!!!! Clearly they do not value their customers and taking your money for items they can't supply.
