PLEASE be warned, those wanting to purchase from Builders online!! You are groomed with their fancy website to purchase ans are promised a seamless experience. Truth be told they are a bunch of ********, useless and *********** palukas. No means of communication gets results, the matter just floats around, while your hard earned cash is snugly in their account. I am utterly disgusted and no closer to the resolution of my issue.

Hi KD, really thought you would assist. I am,however, still being totally neglected by Builders. I have sent 8 e-mails to ***, but only get a number allocated and a message stating "we are on it". This obviously means they are on their fat ****s and doing nothing to resolve my issue. How Builders can treat customers this way is truly incomprehensible. KEEP IT UP GUYS ...
