Builders W/House competes with itself

I filled LP gas at Builders W/H Richards Bay, and was very pleased with the price and service. Today I again filled LP gas at Builders W/H Northmead Benoni, and was disappointed with the service and price difference. I thought the idea of a brand name is, that one can expect the same quality of product, service and price throughout the group. Now a person must compare prices of branches within the group. That is the perfect way of losing customers to the opposition. I can not return the gas for a refund, but it is my last visit to Builders W/H. Poor service and price.8
