Builders Website has wrong stock level and no support

Their website, reflects the wrong qty even after 3 days doing the order they won't phone you tell you there is no long and their site still shows the wrong qty. It took me over 20 minutes to cancel the order now I have to see how long it takes for me to get my money back. Definitely going to use other hardware places.
