I ordered a product online which was in stock on the online platform, but the Strubensvalley store then said they do not have it and neither do the other stores. My refund which was supposed to be given to me in cash as I was told, now suddenly has to be cleared with head office and is nowhere to be seen. This is after going there TWICE to get my money. I want my money Builders Warehouse!!!
