Builders Warehouses, worse shop in South Africa

Builders Express Norwood When you think a service cannot get worse... Well, it can with ANY builders Warehouse! I ordered and paid online from this Builders 2 bathroom heaters on the 7th of July, the delivery was intended to take place in 2 days, today is 22nd of July and nothing! When I called to the shop to see what happened they just said they don't have the heaters available and I have to keep waiting until they get them from their provider. Why do you have a product available online that you don't actually have?
