Builders Warehouse Zambezi - what's going on ?

Trying VERY hard to get hold of Builders Warehouse Zambezi - numbers no longer exists or they just ring and ring. Even customer service can't get hold of them. Sent an online message over a week ago and no one has responded. Anyone have any alternative number for them ?

We were contacted within an hour by Head Office, who then got Monkwe (not sure of spelling) from Builders Warehouse Zambezi to contact us. He did a fantastic job of sorting out our requirements and today we went and collected the goods. He was extremely helpful and everyone at the branch was very pleasant. Seems they are re-arranging the shop, hence the lack of being able to contact them a few weeks ago, but the service today has certainly made up for our initial displeasure.
