Builders Warehouse Zambezi - Stock/No stock

Oder Number: *** I bought a Bosch dishwasher online. It showed stock and said I can collect on Saturday. Today I get a call that there isn't stock - it was a display unit. They have to wait for stock from the supplier and can't give an ETA. The consultant had no answers and could not even provide a proper apology or reason. Why can't stock be transferred from one store to another? I will even go and collect it at another branch if you are that ***********.
