Builders warehouse Zambezi Bad service

Good morning. Following our conversation today.

I went to Builders Zambezi on Tuesday morning to buy 2500 bricks. I want it delivered. The sales person told me i need a builders card to get a delivery. I opened a card. He gave me a form to fill out. On this form I stated my address for delivdelivdelivery and ALSO THAT THEY MUST COME WITH A SMALL TRUCK AS MY GATE IS SMALL. I also told this to the sales person. He said it's fine if i wrote it down. But i would only receive my bricks on Wednesday afternoon. I said it's okay but I can't wait longer as I have a wedding Venue and need to finish this building work before Friday's wedding.

I went to pay for the bricks just to find out that it shows self collection.

I have to wait again for them to fix this. Why spending half an hour to open this card then?

On Wednesday afternoon the driver phones me to ask me where in Wonderboom is my property.

My property is in Roodeplaat. 20km away from Wonderboom.

I wait longer. The bricks shows up in the biggest truck.

I ask the driver what is going on. He said he was not told about the instructions.

They will go back and come with small truck. I phoned the store over and over. No answer from the building apartment. I ask for a manager. I spoke to two ladies. No result. I asked to speak to a manager with my language.

They transferred me to Johan Scheepers.

I explained everything to him. He will phone me back.

He did not phone me back and I did not receive my bricks on Wednesday.

On Thursday morning i received a WhatsApp from Johan. They will send me 1000 bricks.

It arrived. I showed the driver where to pack it. The other bricks will come later.

No bricks. Thursday late afternoon i phoned. It will only come Friday.

4 days after purchasing the stock.

On Friday the truck comes again. Two of my workers shows the same driver from the day before where to pack the bricks right next to the bricks from yesterday.

They unloaded the bricks 4 meters apart.

I asked them why. No my workers told them to pack it ON my lawn 4 meters apart.

I called my workers. They told them to pack it together like I told them the day before.

I called Johan.

He phoned the driver. I can hear them speak. The driver said to Johan we told them to pack it on my lawn 4 meters apart. I asked them if this is how they pack it on builders warehouse yard.

Johan and they driver is now naking layers out of me and my staff.

I took the phone from the driver and told Johan they must stick their bricks. They can take it back. I will come and take my money back. Johan told me that he is sick and tired of customers talking to him like that and i can do with the bricks whatever I want.

I have reason to be unhappy. And your staff is unprofessional.

Even if he is tired of customers talking to him like that shows me that this bad service is happening all the time.

The drivers were told by Johan to load back the bricks.

This is not the first bad experience with Builders warehouse. The previous time in your yard the 3 guys who were supposed to load 7 bags semment didn't want to load it because we could not get the car close enough because of other materials lying next to it. I started to load it myself. They stood watching. My friend wanted to make a video of this situation. The 3 guys started running around in the yard so that we could not take photos of them.

What a disgrace of service.

I have to wait 4 days for 2500 bricks from a company who call themselves Builders warehouse.
