Builders Warehouse Zambezi

I have always enjoyed shopping at builders but today has to be the most horrible experience I've ever had. I normally purchase boards and have them cut it is usually same day. On Tuesday I went in to place an order for board cutting. There were only 2 other orders before mine. I was told that my order would be ready Wednesday after 1pm. On Wednesday I went in after 2pm and was told my order will be ready on Thursday. Its Thursday and I went in after 12pm only to be told my order will only be processed on Friday and ready on Saturday. I explained to the lady that when I came in my order was third and she told me its first come first serve and there's a 72hr turnaround time.

Based on first come first served, how is it that there are now 5 orders before mine when I was there Tuesday morning with only 2 orders before mine. I expressed the urgency of this order and explained that when I came in on Wednesday I was told to come Thursday. I am there on Thursday and my order hasn't been prepared. The lady then says if I'm not happy then they can cancel my order.

I have never been this frustrated 😡 I have made 2 wasted trips so far and its costing me business and my reputation.
