BUILDERS WAREHOUSE YSTERPLAAT

I purchased 4 bags of Crete stone at builders warehouse ysterplaat. In the yard at the collection point, I was told to load my own Crete stone (4 X 40kg bags) as there was nobody available to load. This is a mega store and nobody to load. I lodge a complaint with Nadeem and then Tristan. Both said they were going to rectify the yard process. Something even more alarming is that they don't compensate clients for that sort of service. The most boggling of all is that my colleague, purchase a sliding door at the Tokai branch and it was delivered late, whoever they complaint too offered them a 50% discount on the goods purchase without even hesitating and that was just for a late delivery. Maybe my purchase was to small, not enough to bother with.
