Builders warehouse worst place too buy hardware

Sunday went to builders in kempton park and there is no one to help with prices shelfs on most items doesnt have pricing and the staff are more interested into talking to each other than with customers spend 3 hours in that shop for most things that i couldnt find there and tuesday went back there for some glass they had no people there that could help when we called for service some one came and had 20 different excuses why they cant cut glas for me when i went to pay so they could cut glas they didnt have stock on glase didnt even ask witch glass or how many they made it clear they dont have stock so they cant cut
