Builders warehouse Worst online service delivery for customers

I ordered a product from Builders Warehouse online on the 21st of January. Immediately my payment went through from my card within seconds as it is Extremely easy for businesses to take money from customers. I was expected to collect my order on 31st January 10 days later. Today 10th of February I received not 1 call or sms from Builders informing me where my order is or why there is a delay. That is how builders warehouse online store works, they can't bother to let customers know of their orders. I called them twice and was told there is a delay if I want a refund I should wait another 7 working days which leads to 10 days waiting period and another 3 weeks since 31st January for a refund. This is completely unacceptable. I could walk in a store and rather purchase the item or buy from other online stores who values customers because this certainly isn't builders and this was the worst place to order online from. Disgusting service.
