BUILDERS WAREHOUSE - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

This company has the potential to be a fantastic partner with other companies in terms of their Trade Accounts. However, we have had the absolute worst and disappointing experience with them. None of their telephone numbers on the Statements and Invoices work, they do not respond to emails, they have the worst customer service and they block your Account without any notice or reason as to why the Account has been blocked. We are taking our business away from Builders Warehouse as there are so many other Companies that would value our business and have the kind of business ethics that serves their clients with excellence and efficiency. If we buy from a Company - spend our time and money to purchase from you - it's not our privilege to be able to buy from you ....it's YOUR privilege to have us as your client if we are a returning customer with a good standing trade record and reputation for paying our Account on time. We will never do business with Builders Warehouse again. Very Very Disappointed.
