Builders Warehouse Worst

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Builders Warehouse Bloemfontein (online). I ordered a chest freezer online and paid for it on October 26th, 2023. However, as the delivery date passed, I realized that something was wrong. Concerned, I contacted their customer care department to inquire about the status of my order.

To my dismay, the lady at customer care informed me that the delivery had been delayed and I would now receive the freezer on November 18th, 2023. I patiently waited for the new delivery date, but the 18th came and went with no sign of the freezer.

Frustrated and desperate for answers, I reached out to the company multiple times, only to receive empty promises and a variety of different excuses each time. Their lack of accountability and failure to provide a satisfactory explanation for the delay was incredibly frustrating.

Having exhausted all other options, I finally requested a refund today. Instead of promptly returning my money, they sent me a form to complete in order to initiate the refund process. It's incredibly disheartening to note that I am still without either my money or the freezer I ordered.

I strongly advise against placing an order with Builders Warehouse. Their customer service is abysmal, with unfulfilled promises and a complete lack of communication. Save yourself the disappointment and headache by exploring other companies.
