Builders warehouse Woodlands has a terrible customer service

I went to Builders warehouse Woodlands to buy led bulbs. I was advised to take a sample with so that i can show it to the shop in order for me to get the correct type.

Got to the shop i asked a guy by the name of Isaac Mapheto to help me. He told me go look for the bulbs as he did not believe i would have any issues getting the correct bulbs. He refused straight asking me if i was blind after i explained to him that i was told the bulbs are not the same. I asked for the manager to my surprise he told me he is a manager.

I was shocked. I then asked him if he was a manager as he claimed how does he expect his staff to treat the customers if he the person who should be ensuring that customers are given good service is the one who is giving terrible one. He then told a guy who was passing to go and help me.

I am buffled as to how that guy got to be a manager with such lack if customer service.
