Builders Warehouse Woodlands bad service

Builders Warehouse Woodlands Staff *********** I am a regular customer from builders But If you ask Woodlands staff anything they don't know where what is e.g. mirror hooks Secondly I was standing at building counter for quote for wood The attendant helped the guy behind me. Then when it was my turn to sit - the staff member indicated sorry he want to help 5 yip 5 other customers first before he can help me. (This was after I waited 15 minutes in queue) Tbh I left there and then - obviously Woodlands doesn't want my business

Note this bad service happens regularly there + note you lost a loyal customer.
