Builders Warehouse with *********** staff

Builders warehouse Sunninghill has the most *********** people. I bought expensive tiles and THEY took the stock out of the shop and THEY loaded onto the truck. The constructor put the tiles in obviously of the understanding that the tiles are as required.

The agony of finding out that the tiles they packed were actually not all the same. How can it be that they had my invoice in their hands and picked the tiles themselves only to pick the wrong things???

Now we are stuck with a floor with tiles that don't match and apparently a whole investigation with the supplier is required? The issue is Builders' *********** staff!

We have now wasted time, labour, tiles, cement and money! My furniture is stacked up in one room, obviously in the hopes the project will be done and dusted in one week and now we have to wait for god knows what while my house looks like a war zone!

I want this fixed ASAP, i cannot be held responsible for people not doing their job right! Whatever investigations required, i have NOTHING to do with that, i want this sorted!
