Builders Warehouse Willowbridge
Builders Warehouse is absolutely shocking. Not only are their products which they advertise on their website never available anywhere, but the Willowbridge store is particularly badly managed. Their gardening section NEVER HAS anyone to help, except for a dazed and confused female who minces about on her cellphone if you are lucky enough to find her hiding between the bushes, no price points on shelving EVER. Complete shambles. My son and I spotted a dead bird on the floor in clear view of customers, and when we pointed this out to the manager, he became irritated and extremely rude. Builders Warehouse will not see a cent from me. Shocking merchandising, *********** management, failed brand.
