Builders Warehouse why do you have an ONLINE website that does not work??

OMW! I have been trying the whole day today to locate a Builders Warehouse store that has the GOLDAIR Air Cooler as advertised, in Centurion. Raslouw - nothing. Asked them to phone their Centurion store to find out whether they have stock - no answer?

I tried their website which is way too fast that you cannot make proper selections. Eventually I found what I was looking for only to have the system drop my payment. Eventually I got that sorted, paid online and ready to collect my purchase.

Now the store phones me, what they have is broken and I should wait for either Tues or Fri next week for stock???

You cannot get in a car and honour an online purchase? Why have a website then??
