Absolutely shockingl service.

Lance Day of the Tokai branch, you are 1 unhelpful manager who overpromised and under delivers. Michelle of the Tokai branch, u requested information but left no email address to where the information should be sent. Today is day 5 of sitting without my gas hob, which was bought in December and returned last week 19/01/2022 because of nit being able to use both plates at once. I currently have no means of being able to prep a cooked meal and this was explained to the manager Lance who promised to resolve this as a matter of urgency. Michelle contacted me the 20/01/2022 and left a message for me to forward the COC but she left no forwarding address... I have since contacted the numbers provided to get gold of Lance or Michelle to get the email address to send this requested information. I either hang on for 5 minutes, when I get through to an agent to transfer my call, I get told I'm going through and the phone cuts. This was last week on more than one occasion. Today 24/01 I contacted the call center again and spoke to Lelo Jack. I gave her all my details and the repair number and politely requested a call back from either Lance or Michelle and I am yet to be contacted. I tried calling to no avail, I tried a different approach and left my details to be contacted without success. MICHELLE and Lance of the Tokai branch has not only deserted me but left my family to stare at a big hole in my cupboard.
