Builders Warehouse where is my dishwasher???

On the 5th of December I ordered and paid for a Defy dishwasher as a Christmas gift to a friend that is in need of one. The online shop did not indicate that this item is out of stock and gave delivery date would be the 23rd of December 2021. This date came and gone. I phoned help line for assistance and was told that Builders Warehouse does not have stock. Since then I have emailed the *** address to get any form of information regarding my order and only get a response stating that my request for information is being processed and should be responded to in 48hours. People it is getting close to 2 months now without any feedback. I am starting to believe that Builders Warehouse has ****med me. Rather go and buy instore as online seems to be a dysfunctional system.
