Builders warehouse, what am I paying for ?

I bought a dresser from them, I payed for delivery and installation in store. No on informed me that a 3rd party company does the actual installation and that builders only delivers.

I got a call asking indicating they want to deliver but also asked me when the installation people were coming. I had to call 3 times to reach the correct branch through the call center, they were supposed to call me back but never did.

After finally getting the delivery arranged I still have to get back to the installation people and let them know they can come install.

Why after paying R600 + for delivery and installation do I have to spend more of my time and 30+ of my airtime to arrange these things. What am I paying for ? Are your people unable to think ?

Very disappointed and wont be making use of your delivery or installation service any time soon. Maybe even look for another place to shop at..
