Builders warehouse - what a joke

Whats the point of ordering online if you can’t deliver a product??? I ordered a product that shows ‘in stock’ online, delivery day was the next day, 2 days later no delivery, only to be told after phoning them twice that there is no stock, but still shows stock online… pathetic!!!!
