Builders Warehouse Walmer - bad service
Honestly received the worst service from Builders Warehouse, Walmer. Bought skirting there, paid for delivery, received it. We realized half of the skirtings were incorrect. Went in and they said they will come and collect it and then bring the new ones. After a massive struggle they finally collected the incorrect skirting and now it’s a mission for them to deliver the actual correct skirting we paid for. They claimed they would collect and deliver on the same day. You phone and then they tell you they’ll phone back and just don’t. Worst service ever. You would expect if they made a mistake with a delivery they would ensure for swift feedback and sort it out as soon as possible. Obviously good service isn’t a priority for them.
