Builders Warehouse very special person

My review is ONLY for one person. I'm not a fan of the "call center" nonsense that Builder's Warehouse has. Why they can't have a phone in every store is beyond me. That being said, I spoke to one of the call center girls yesterday "Marcel". She was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. Patient, helpful, went the extra mile, understood my frustration with this call center nonsense, sympathized, comforted, talked me out of my rage. MARCEL IS AMAZING. GIVE THAT GIRL A BELLS, an increase and a higher position in the company! She is soooo worth it compared to most that I have found in this ridiculous "call center".
