Builders Warehouse Vanderbijlpark worst service

Builders Warehouse Vanderbijlpark is the worst due to poor service delivery. I avoid the shop dueto that fact, but unfortunately had to support them today. First experience is the gentlemen at the flooring section that spent 10 minutes on the phone before he tried to assist. Then he cannot calculate the floor area and we anyhow had to do it. We then progress to buy a door where the gentlemen does not want to get a ladder so ae can reach the top hanging doors and stated that we must look at the ones at the bottom that is not the same. We eventually get access to the door after a few motivating actions and showing him that there is difference in the door shapes and prizes. Upon decision on the door, we progress to pay where the door is more expensive. They then state that you need a Builders card to get the price indicated. However, there is no notice thereof. They walk with us and also cannot find the notification that the price is only for card holders. They refuse to give the price indicated. We cannot get the floor manager or anyone in an authoritive position. So we had to pay the more expensive price. Once again a bad experience.
