Builders Warehouse , Useless Service and Management

I ordered 2 items from Builders Warehouse Centurion on the 19/06/2020 and paid for delivery ( ***). Items were promised to be delivered within a week . After making numerous calls and speaking to various *****s i received nothing. I went into the store on 29/06/2020 only to be told that the items were not even ordered, I was promised that they would source the items from the Gezina or Faerie Glen which had stock. I called the call center and logged several complaints, each time i was told they will get back to me , they never did. I've been liasing with the Outdoor departments manager since 29/06 ,who also could not assist , seems his has no authority as a manager. I was promised delivery the same day , the next day and the next day. mY BUILDE HAS BEEN STANDING FOR 3 DAYS CHARGING ME r850 A DAY DOING NOTHING AS HE IS AWAITING DELIVERY. The Centurion store has useless management in my opinion and needs a complete management change. The store is full of loafers who don't know their productS and care less for customer service. My business will be going to ChamberlainS and LeRoy Merlin going forward.
