Builders warehouse, useless service.
Builders warehouse is the most frustrating place to shop. online it states they have stock, you order and pay. get to the builders warehouse, they now dont have stock of the product you purchased online. I tried canceling my online order and tried getting a refund. it is now 10 days i have still not received my refund, spoke to an online agent, he said they will follow up and give me a call, this also doesnt happen.. I dont recommend builders warehouse to anyone for anything
