Builders Warehouse... USELESS!!! 😡

Bought various items online and paid for delivery (R200). I called their helpline to establish delivery time. They were useless. I then contacted their PE branch who told me that my order was ready and waiting for the courier to collect. To date, I have still not received my order. Won't be using them in future.

Your email helpline is equally useless. After sending 3 emails they have to date, not responded. I suggest you either up your service or remove your online shop.
