Builders Warehouse Useless!!

Builders Warehouse Fourways. I think you are by far the worst company I did business with. Online shopping website useless. Cant buy and checkout items. Ask for a quote, wait a week. Get the quote, do payment, from there it took more than 3weeks to get payment allocated. After a lot of trouble, finally the courier can collect. Receive item...its closed with tape. Packing you can see it was opened and returned. Open it up, spares missing on item, its broken, unuseable. Send them mails, they just ignore you. I think you are incompetant and thieving ****s!! May the wheel turn, for uou have ****** my money and send me an item that means nothing to me.
