Builders Warehouse - ********* behavior

I bought an electric geyser of 100L from a Builders Warehouse branch in Tygerburg/Parow in the Western Cape, when i had it installed the drain **** valve was leaking, i contacted Builders about this problem and they gave me a contact number of Heattech which would send a plumber out to investigate and repair, however when the plumber came out (J Plumbing) they refused to repair the drain ****, and the reason they gave me was that the piping around the geyser was incorrect, however i indicated to them that this is not of there concern since it does not form part of the geyser itself and that it is still incomplete. The drain **** however came with the geyser and thus had to be repaired, the plumbers still refused to repair it. I then contacted Builders about this problem, but they also refused to repair the drain **** even though it came with the geyser on the purchasing of it. I contacted the national office of Builders, they indicated to me that it will be resolved, up till today nothing has been resolved yet and it has been since the 21 December 2019 and the geyser is still not repaired. Please, do not purchase any geysers from Builders Warehouse as they provide poor service.
