BUILDERS WAREHOUSE UNABLE TO PROVIDE INFO ON THEIR OWN BRANDED PRODUCT!!
All staff unable to supply information re their very own product: Supamix BMRM001 Mortar Mix (40kg) Product id: 289133. I asked 2 very simple questions: what is the ratio of sand to cement, and is it a class 1 or class 2 mortar. There is no information on the packaging, the customer support people just say that they cant get through to the store, and thats the end of it. they don't investigate further and get back to the customer, and when I go the the store the assistants say they dont know.

The ratio of sand to cement on the Supamix BMRM001 Mortar Mix (40kg) is 3:1 which is the standard mixture 3 bag of sand to 1 bag of cement. I am not sure on the class of mortar. I will look into that part for you and get back to you as soon as I have any information on it. JF
