builders warehouse unable to cancel a order

it feels like I am stuck in a ****, I know it is a legit business but everything feels like a ****. Easy to place a order but when there is no stock and order needs to be cancelled the manager tells you he does not know how to cancel the order.

11 days later and order is still no cancelled, I am stuck without a fridge as I need the refund to purchase the fridge elsewhere.

Don't do business with this company as they really don't care about customers, even the national call center promises to phone you back but never does.

really disappointed.
