Builders warehouse trashy service

Such appalling customer service. These people display such poor levels of competence, how do you tell a customer "I will call tomorrow to confirm your delivery" then not call at all. Next thing I have to make a follow up call to a manager of all people, who had said they would call me. Next thing he says he is quickly going to check if my order has arrived, and he never calls back. Worst thing is that I have already paid, and yet I am receiving this trash service. Even after explaining my dire situation of staying outside of Bloemfontein and needing to organize my transport and time off work. And all i asked for was that people DO WHAT THEY SAID THEY WILL DO, AND ****** COMMUNICATE. Customers being given the run around and having to do so much follow ups because no one is providing adequate updates, is absolute *******. Never again will I purchase anything from this excuse of an establishment.
