Builders Warehouse Tokai/ Constantiaberg service

Pathetic service from switch board staff member, Nuraan Smidt and Front End manager, Linda Makunzeni at Builders Warehouse Tokai (known as Constantiaberg branch). I have been calling literally whole day trying to query the credit that I supposedly have since 11July 2019. Linda informed she will call me back by 12pm and it is 15:00 and still no call.

I called the store at 14:30 & was informed that she had just left the store, apparently not for the day just an hour.

I tried calling the store manager, Steven Finegan on his land line *** & there is no answer and nuraan wasn't sure if he was in-store or not.

I require someone from Builders Warehouse to contact me regarding the service and the credit due please.

I trust that someone or something with be able to assist with the customer centricity and service within this specific branch.
